How do I add audio?

Open the Library tab and tap +. “Import from Files” copies audio from Files, iCloud Drive or another app into WaveAmp. “Add from iPhone” adds songs that are already in your iPhone’s media library. You can also share an audio file to WaveAmp from AirDrop or Files.

Why can’t some songs be played?

Apple does not allow other apps to play DRM-protected items, such as songs downloaded from an Apple Music subscription. Audio you bought, ripped or imported yourself plays normally.

Where are my files?

Imported audio lives on your iPhone in Files › On My iPhone › WaveAmp. WaveAmp does not upload your library anywhere.

Does WaveAmp remember my place?

Yes. Each track keeps its own position and preferred speed, so audiobooks and lessons resume where you stopped.

How do I use the sleep timer?

On the Now Playing screen, tap the moon icon and pick a duration or “End of track”. Playback pauses when the timer runs out, even with the screen locked.

How do I delete everything?

Settings › Delete Everything removes all tracks, playlists and imported files from WaveAmp. Your iPhone’s media library is never touched.
